According to the research from Columbia University in New York, a diet rich in olive oil, nuts, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables may have a powerful effect at staving off the disease of Alzheimer.
People who ate nutrients specifically selected from brain health had a 40% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease compare with others. Furthermore, alz.org has also stated that a brain-healthy diet is one that reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes, encourages good blood flow to the brain, and is low in fat and cholesterol.
