Kelp Fiber – Revolution of weight loss product
What is kelp? Kelp is a type of seaweeds which belongs to brown algae. Recent research from British University of Newcastle shows that Kelp fiber is able to reduce the fat absorption up to 75% from the fat intake from our body.
According to Professor Jeff Pearson and Dr. Brown Lane, kelp fiber contains alginate which is a type of natural fiber which having the properties to absorb the fat molecules, they believe that it could be the new revolution for weight loss product as it is able to achieve better weight loss compare to the existing treatments.
Commented by Dr Brown Lane, further experiments are conducting by fusing the kelp fiber into the daily products such as breads, yogurts, biscuits etc. Many people have tried many methods to lose weight and they often fail to achieve positive result. By implementing the natural fiber of kelp into these food products, it could possibly achieve 3/4 reduction of fat absorption into our body.
Moreover, alginate is not only help to control our weight, you may also consume it as a dietary fibers, for maintaining the healthy gastrointestinal system in our body.
